RETURN POLICY

We accept returns for items purchased from the NEIGHBORHOOD online store within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that returns are not accepted after this period. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only for items that are unused and in their original condition (with all original tags attached and packaging included). Returns cannot be accepted for any items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or have any odors (such as tobacco or perfume). Please be mindful of cosmetics, sunscreen, or perfume contacting the items when trying them on.

Important Notes on Returns

  • Returns will not be accepted if the item’s tags are removed or if the packaging is damaged.
  • Returns are not accepted for any items that are not in their original, resalable condition.
  • We apologize that we cannot accept returns based on customer preferences, such as slight differences in color or size as perceived on screen versus in person.
  • After receiving a returned item, our staff will carefully inspect it. The return will be invalidated if the item is not in its original condition. The item will then be shipped back to the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are accepted only if the request is made before the order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible using the inquiry form on our website. We cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been prepared for shipment or have been shipped.
